EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY

CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO USING THIS PACKAGE. USE OF ANY PORTION OF THIS PACKAGE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. The enclosed Software program ("Software") is licensed, not sold, to you by the Webwave Softwave Enterpr. for use under the following terms, and the Webwave Softwave Enterpr. reserves any rights not expressly granted to you.
2. LICENSE

2.a. Shareware Version of urlKeeperBrowser License

urlKeeperBrowser is free software. It is released as shareware, which provides the opportunity for the program to be evaluated. This copy of urlKeeperBrowser is for evaluation purposes only. You are hereby licensed to use urlKeeperBrowser for a limited 30 Days usage. Should you wish to use urlKeeperBrowser for more than 30 Days you MUST register it. Unregistered use of urlKeeperBrowser after the 30 Days usage evaluation period is a violation of international copyright laws.

2.b. Registered Version of urlKeeperBrowser License

One registered copy of urlKeeperBrowser may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
3. DISTRIBUTION

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the shareware version of urlKeeperBrowser you are hereby granted a license to make as many copies of the shareware version as you wish and give them to whom you wish. You are prohibited from charging for any such copies. You must distribute urlKeeperBrowser 'as-is', unmodified and in it's entirety. Unlawful modification or alteration of any part of urlKeeperBrowser or any of the accompanying files is in violation of international copyright laws. You are NOT permitted to distribute a registered copy of urlKeeperBrowser software

3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE E-MAIL EXTRACTOR TEAM DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE SOFTWARE OR WRITTEN MATERIALS IN THE TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENTNESS OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU. IF THE SOFTWARE OR WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE DEFECTIVE YOU, AND NOT THE Webwave Softwave Enterpr, ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANT OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT IS MADE BY THE E-MAIL EXTRACTOR TEAM ON THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY THE urlKeeperBrowser TEAM SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY, AND YOU MAY NOT RELY ON SUCH INFORMATION OR ADVICE.

4. NO SPAMMING POLICY

Spamming at http://spam.abuse.net is defined as, "...flooding the Internet with copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Most 'Spamming' is commercial advertising, often for dubious products, get-rich-quick schemes, or quasi-legal services.". In the strictest sense of the definition, you can not contact anyone via e-mail unless that person has specifically told you that you can contact them or invited contact (i.e. classified ad). This applies to businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals.

THIS SOFTWARE CAN NOT BE USED FOR SPAMMING ACTIVITIES. THIS SOFTWARE CAN ONLY BE USED FOR DATABASE MANAGEMENT PURPOSES ON LEGALLY-OWNED E-MAIL ADDRESSES AND DATABASES. THE urlKeeperBrowser TEAM CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISUSE OF THIS SOFTWARE FOR SPAMMING OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. THE urlKeeperBrowser TEAM DOES NOT SUPPORT SPAMMING. PLEASE REPORT SPAMMING AT HTTP://SPAM.ABUSE.NET.
